I simply love this app- possibly most of all the Jixi apps, definitely in the top 3!
I rarely have I had enough faith, solely based on a dev's reputation, to just buy an app without waiting for at least some reviews, but Jixi has proven that their apps are A+ solid every time!

I love the creative, innovative, reliably great products that come with these with these devs. They are quite well established as far as their consistency with high quality effects.
I wasn't quite sure about this particular app at first glance, but took a leap of faith because I've loved their paint/sketch/vintage/etc apps in the past, and I'm very glad I did! I wasn't sure what to expect (except rain), but I am incredibly impressed with how diverse the effects are, so that it allows me to use my own creativity to integrate custom filters that don't even necessarily have to just be a "rainy day!". :)
And, of coarse, I LOVE the random option, as well as the customizable filter preset options!
My only disappointment at times with these apps are the prices - despite the quality, the cost is borderline too high. The apps' costs are higher than average and you do have to pay a higher, separate fee for the HD iPad apps.
*That said, however, I have seen most of these awesome apps frequently go on sale for varying periods of time in the app store...
Despite the higher costs, I have no regrets purchasing this, and the half dozen or so other apps offered, I'm willing to pay for something that I can trust is a good quality after many, many negative and disappointing experiences in the past, I'm always appreciative of developers like this that I can trust will provide the quality!
