Please fix no sound and freezes
The app has been working great and has helped my son go potty in the toilet and he loves to call Rachel. Since Today The problem is it keeps freezing, there is no sound and it doesn't help when I turn my phone off and on!!! Please fix so we can continue with great success!! Great place to start potty training
Quite a bit of thought has gone into this app. It is the best one I have found. Like the chart idea, the call feature and the singing. The games needs more work, not great. But overall it has assisted us to refocus our efforts. ThanksJeanie little

We love the app! My son just turned 3 and we have a new born so we wanted for him to tell us with a little bit of hinting here and there. When he decided and had a success, Rachel's call really lit up his face! Even with the accident, her call was very encouraging. He even asks to talk to Rachel. The songs are so catchy that we sing it now right out the app. I'm not sure about spending $7 more dollars for additional so songs though...Show lessMiaomiao229

Good app but needs fixes
Great tool for potty training. My DD loves it and loves signing potty time and singing the song. I did find a few glitches. First one is in the video playback. The background music does not fade out when video is played so they're both playing off rhythm. It's a little annoying. And secondly, in the memory card game, the cards won't flip around randomly after 2 are found. Other than that, my kid loves it and it really helped potty train her and make it enjoyable.Show lessSkymama10

My 2 year old loves it!!! I truly believe the phone calls from Rachel and the videos are the reason she is pee peeing on the potty now and in panties!!! Amazingly she is also learning to sign. GREAT APP!
This app has helped our boy (almost 3) ENORMOUSLY in his potty training journey! As soon as he got his first "call" from Rachel, he was so excited that he sat down and went AGAIN! Now he wants to try each morning and evening (before he would just try at night). For those complaining about no volume, or sound not matching the video, try upgrading to IOS5 or to iPhone 4. My wife has 3G with IOS4 and I have 4 with IOS5. She has the "lip synch" problem and I do not.Show lessSLMUFN1
Great App.
Love the app. There are only a few things I would tweak. I'd like to be able to clear of individual stickers from the chart instead of just the whole sheet. We've accidentally added stickers we didn't mean to. Also, our matching game freezes. And I'd like to be able to buy the videos as a bundle instead of just individually.Show lessTheLauraMichelle
