Your kidding
I listened to this app for about 20 minutes and deleted it!!! Seriously, use some soothing music or background noise. It's just this women's voice and it wasn't pleasant to listen to. I will say though to be able to make this app and get people to buy it is genius. But if the person who made it reads this, if you have any morals AT ALL, you will refund my money!!! I have tried a few different relaxation apps and this is by far the worse! The voice is mono-tone and rather annoying. SorryAnya1986

Outside of your body
This is great to fall asleep to.....I'm usually out within 10 minutes...once or twice I've made it to the end, but was still tired....I also bought the weight loss one from them, but that hasn't worked at all.irishsean
