This app is extremely buggy and slow. Every action takes several seconds to refresh the screen, minimum. Support is equally slow and generally amounts to “Reinstall the app and see if that helps.”

Best app for getting paid to not work
Due to the applications inability to be useful and intuitive, I submit the on this app my time, then I fill out my time on paperwork and send it in to the office. I basically get paid twice to sit and do time, except the pen and paper method is faster than using the app so it is not quite twice the pay for the same task. Love it!!!Show lessSt. Upid
Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app.
Every day, every week I have a new issue and the advise is delete and reinstall. This app is pretty basic. I don’t understand why I constantly don’t have the ability to create tickets until I delete and reinstall. No response from ESS.ASLNicknam3
