Beställ en resa direkt i appen Nu sjösätter Waxholmsbolaget ett nytt bokningssystem och inför en funktion som gör det möjligt att beställa vissa resor här i appen. Det gäller de resor som har anmärkning i tidtabellen så kallade beställningsturer eller anropningsstyrd trafik. Du söker som vanligt din resa i appen, är resan av den typ att den måste beställas så dyker en blå knapp ”Beställ resa” upp. Så här beställer du en resa i appen. 1. Vid aktuell resa, beställningstur klickar du på knappen ”Beställ resa”. 2. Du anger antal resenärer samt mobilnummer och får därefter ett sms som innehåller din beställning till det mobilnummer du angett. 3. Kontrollera att uppgifterna i din beställning är korrekt. Stämmer uppgifterna trycker du på bekräftelselänken i sms:et för att slutföra din beställning. 4. När du bekräftat beställningen får du ytterligare ett sms som bekräftar att beställningen är slutförd. I detta sms finns även en länk där du kan avbeställa din resa. 5. Du kan se statusen på din beställning i appen och på appens förstasida kan du se dina beställda resor. Dyker inte knappen ”beställ resa” upp kan det bero på två saker: 1. Resan är inte en beställningsresa 2. Tidsfristen för när man måste beställt resan har löpt ut. I appen finns information under varje beställningstur skrivet i rött hur lång tid i förväg man måste beställa en resa (tiden skiljer från resmål till resmål) Vill ni beställa en resa utan att ange ditt mobilnummer kan ni alltid ringa till kundtjänst på telefon: 08-600 10 00 så hjälper de dig med din beställning, glöm inte att du måste var ute i god tid innan. Vi hoppas och tror att denna funktion ska förenkla resandet för våra resenärer. Ytterligare uppdateringar Vi har snabbat upp push-notiserna så de snabbare ska nå ut till våra app-användare.
