Good app but horrible customer service
The app and deals are fine, but once you are sending something back because the size doesn’t match or the order has quality issues, a refund takes around 3 months time. Not only that but you also have to go through the customer service which is horrible to deal with. I liked the offering before, but will not use it moving forward. The worst customer service ever
I’ve been using best secret for more than a year and I’m rated a VIP customer due to the amount of money I spent on orders, however I never had to deal with such horrible customer service in my life anywhere, they are so disrespectful, unhelpful and they just easily ignore you when you’re not happy with any issue (like a shipping delay) for example.. they will just not reply on your email and this is something else that Uk the only way to approach them is by email and there’s not a higher lever you can speak to if you’re not happy with the customer service agents.
Lately there is a huge huge delay in shipping which it takes more than 30 days!! I’ve currently got 2 orders which already passed 35 days and I contacted the customer service and they just said i have to wait for 2 weeks till they can provide me with any update!!!!Show lessB hchfjchx
