Very bad service just want your money
The worst 0 star. I canceled the ticket on their app, but they did not cancel it. They said they need send you a text message to confirm, but no email or other means. If you are overseas, you won’t be able to get the text and they won’t cancel it although you click cancellation many many times. They just need your money. Very rude service. Avoid.

Most useless service
This service defrauds foreigners of their money.
Even the customer services are so disrespectful and not ready to help you solve any issue.
You can't buy a train ticket without service charge that is nonrefundable, even your money can't be refunded.

请大家同程旅行上别买飞机票、我退了一张飞机票已经7个月多了、退款还没到账。他们总是责怪航空公司、实际上你不能收到你自己的钱。首先，他们说你将在49天内得到退款，然后他们会说15~20周，之后他们总是会找到很多借口，你永远不会拿回你的钱。
我想找个律师、我想起诉他们。

因为航班延误可以免费取消，它们去审核了3天都不给我回复，电话和在线客服根本打不通，没有任何回应，只是想吞你的钱
