Face ID does not work and other bugs
It does not prompt for it. I even tried to delete what was saved for FaceID and re-add it, in addition to deleting the app and reinstalling it. I keep tapping the FaceID section and it comes up with a blank screen with header. I’ll try to return to the home page and it does not respond as easily either…

Bay state savings bank
This bank is terrible.. I tried to make a payment yesterday and I was instantly declined.. I had money in my account and it still declined me.. it won’t even let me manage my cards to see if it’s u locked.. bay state is very terrible. Stay away from these guyskaziaffricano

The new versatiles theme is the worst banking experience ever. I am so restricted in what I can view and how fast. Everything is hard to view with its bland font and whitw background. Account information is forced into a small centered text box and advertisements take up the top and bottom of the screen. Instead of immediately viewing accounts , you must now go through steps after login.Show lessnieber
Fix this app!
I am a very happy BSSB customer yet this app is terrible! I am constantly getting locked out and cannot get access to my accounts through the 1-800 number. I’m forced to go into the bank to resolve! I love, love, love BSSB but the mobile banking app is horrible! Please fix!!!ar508?!'
So frustrating
This app crashes almost every time I try to use it. Then I have to delete it and install again, even just turning my phone off and back on doesn’t do anything. Pain in the...Hjcthdrubvhoixdrsd
Step up your game
The app upgrade has been a total disappointment. I have moved from the area and still with BSSB because I’ve been there for 30 years but can’t sustain staying without the ability to deposit checks online due to an app that doesn’t work.
(I find if I delete and reload the app it will work when it “freezes up”)

Pure Trash
The app layout was poorly designed. I’m unable to see my full account number, I have to go through all these extra security questions every time I log in, and on top of that, the app doesn’t work 99.9% of the time. They should get rid of the app and stick with the webpage.
