We've fixed an error that could cause the app to freeze on launch.
a bit non-intuitive to cancel but exceptional customer service
have used this app for a few years Sailing in the Caribbean. I no longer have the boat and he app only allows auto renew, but I didn’t cancel it before the auto renew. Logged in through the website and tried to downgrade to free to cancel it, but it simply went lighter and didn’t seem to complete. Went to the app on my phone, and was able to delete my account. I received an email from customer service, refunding the renewal and explaining the auto-renewal, and handing my comments to development to see if they can improve. The app is good, but customer service exceptional, earning a 5 star rating.

All our forecasting subscriptions auto-renew for the convenience of our customers who may be at sea during renewal time and don't want to suddenly find themselves without their forecasts when they are offshore. We never hesitate to process a refund when the renewal was not intended, and we do mention the auto-renewal on our pricing page.
