With the Mobile Banking App you’ll be able to: •Check account balances •Review account history •Deposit checks •Make transfers •Pay bills •View and activate your cash back offers •Find Horizon Branch or ATM locations Logging in to the Mobile Banking App is easy. Use the same user ID, password, and security questions that you use for Horizon’s Home Banking. No separate or different registration is required. Horizon’s Mobile Banking App is both convenient and safe to use. When logging in you are required to authenticate yourself on each individual mobile device using the same information from Home Banking. All communication between your mobile device and the mobile banking server is encrypted. In addition, your password and account information are never stored on the mobile device.   • Very Slow Updates on Account Balances

    Of all the financial service apps I use, this one has the slowest update on transactions (aside from debit). It can sometimes take days for my checking account to balance on the app. I will watch it and this long time delay even happens on weekday and not just weekends.

    I would like to say how friendly and great the staff are at your Washington Street location. They recognize me and we have great conversations.
    We laugh, and I feel cared for and appreciated.
    Oh yes and they do great with the banking aspect also lol.

  • Horizon Credit Union is terrible!!

    This is by far one of the worst banks I have ever used!! I have been a loyal customer for 8 years now and I am closing all of my accounts with them. I have always received absolutely horrendous customer service from here. There are so much better credit unions out there. Horizon Credit Union is the worst!
