Thank you for your feedback! Our app does utilize the devices biometrics - face recognition, iris scan, or fingerprint. Additionally, we'll be introducing enhanced security with a Passkey login feature within the next few months. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us at 305-821-7060.

Hello, registered users can enable the biomterics setting for our app. Once you have signed in, tap the Menu and then tap the gear icon located at the top-left of your screen. Our app supports face recognition, iris scan, and fingerprint. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any difficulty. Thank you!
