Good app

Update: so the developer reached out to me, which I thought was great, and verified he was able to see the issue I was having. He also explained why the fix may not be soon if ever and suggested for my specific purpose I might try his sprint timer app (I am going to try). He also offered a refund if I didn’t feel the current functionality was satisfactory.

I’m only attempting to use Flying Sprint so I cannot comment on the other four functions of the app.

Since my initial review I’ve had time to play with the app even more, It seems to work great when using two devices to record a start and stop time, but you will need to manually record the times (it locks up if you try to save them to a specific person in app).

Also there’s no real advantage to saving in the app because there’s no ability to view, track, or manipulate data results on the device, instead requiring an email of the data to yourself for viewing.

There are a lot of great ideas here, I’m pretty happy with the app.

I use it for the straight line sprints and 595 agility test and I find it works well.

An Awesome App

At Tyndale Christian School, Fitness Meter App is used extensively in the cutting edge Senior School Human Performance Sport Science course. It is one of the must have Apps in the Sport Science toolbox. It is used both in research investigations and athlete feedback. Easy enough for novices and yet detailed enough for testing.

Fitness

I have used this App for fitness test and it was great to use and give the test a little professional touch, some small hiccups but still good to use.

Another awesome app

Having all the functions in one app is great!
I've used speedclock before in my science class and now I can use fitness meter on the pitch. Takes some practice and you need a tripod or something stable for sure, otherwise it's quick, easy, and fun

Awesome app

It's a great fun app that is very useful. Everything works great accept the accel-meter in counting the reps. The camera works well but when I have it in my arm bad I can't count it to do reps. It wouldn't even give me a rep when I shook it. I hope that gets fixed soon. Other than that its a great app.

Very useful app

I'm staring to use this app for indoor sprint timing. It has worked flawlessly and the developer has replied very quickly when asked for any support. He has some other very cool apps as well!

Awesome

Perfect and high tech.

Great service

Had a few issues with it on the iPad 3rd gen, but a simple email to the developer and he had written a beta version for me to use, which fixed the issues. 5 stars for service alone.
