AOPA Magazine App

App is easy to use and downloads are quicker than before. I like the fact I can read the current and back issues on the go without carrying the paper versions. Embedded links make cross referencing easy as well.

Great content:

Ease of reading while on the go. Excellent content when I am looking for answers to flight and equipment questions.

Nice!

I like the new AOPA app, it downloads quickly and fluid. A much needed improvement, thank you!

Better than it was

But still buggy and slow. I get Flying Mag via Zinio and the issues download almost immediately and the resolution is crystal clear. AOPA's app is painfully slow when it's not crashing.

Works well

The app works the way it should. No crashes.

Useful app but crashes too often

I love the info available in current and past issues, but the app crashes too often or doesn't load right.

Works well when it doesn't crash

Works well when it doesn't crash.

Great mags, a bit buggy

Not all the issues are available. Where is September 2014 Flight Training? But I love the mags on my iPad.

Works well for me

At first, I was frustrated with the update just as many others are but once I logged out and back in to the app, everything seems to work very well for me. I tried many issues to make sure there was no glitches. Please give this a try and I hope it helps. I have an iPhone 6 with iOS version 8.1.3

Stopped working / loses downloaded mags

Spent an hour loading up all the prior issues a while back. When I got the email a new issue was ready to download it no longer can load the catalog and it seems I've lost all my downloaded magazines as well. Guess the last update was not properly tested.
