Incredible
I love love love this app for chem!! It’s so amazing and so easy to use
Such a useful app!
I regularly visit graveyards and this is ideal to translate the various dates found there. I’d be lost without it!
Use it to label my pots
Let’s me make notes in my sketchbook without putting ugly numbers on the pots. Roman numerals look classy and mysterious.
Easy to use, saves me time
I was getting tired of having to search online for converting Roman numerals, the app helps a lot.
Cool app.
Helps me lookup those Roman numeral dates on older movies… <:0)
Trying new things
I introduced this awesome app to my granddaughter’s and they love it! They are 8 and 12.
Caesar
Handy, easy to use, and a load of fun.
Fun
Great for signage......
Nice App But…
The app has a very nice look and feel and is easy to use.
There is one major missing element. No auto-correct! This is 2023.
I was watching the news this morning and saw the city of LVIV getting bombed. A name written with letters that are also Roman numerals. For the heck of it I typed in the numerals. I got a “< Not a valid Roman numeral >”. Of course it is not valid - as is about 10% of what I type. But I have auto-correct and auto-suggest to help me out. If this is meant to be a teacher (and it is), then it would say, just as a human teacher would correct a quiz, “Did you mean 59 or 61?” LVIV could be incorrectly parsed into those two. (LV = 55 + IV = 4) = 59.
Or (L = 50 + VI = 6 + V = 5) = 61.
Not easy to do but not impossible and would make it a better learning tool.
My other issue is the ads of course. I go was writing and downloading software in the old freeware/shareware days. No ads. Sometimes a price or donation for the premium edition. Software like this I will happily pay a few bucks to not be hounded by google. I have many $1.99 - $4.99 apps.
All that said, it is a nice app - well done.
