This app converts every unit of measurement and every currency. I've had it for over a year, use it frequently around the world, no problems. The advertising is slightly annoying, but hey, it's a free app :)

Pretty comprehensive app for converting a multitude of units. I have not seen another app that covers all the bases. Easy to search for your subject unit. One small limitation/drawback is the app screen is a bit busy
Converts almost everything
If this app can't convert what you want, you probably don't actually need it. I use it all of the time, love it. Should be one of the essentials.
Adverts ruined once great app
I get the need for advertising to support free apps, however, the ads are now so intrusive it makes the app useable. App often locks up after a full screen ad appears. Sometimes the ad will disappear after a while, but more often it crashes the app. Was a brilliant free app, but now almost useless. Try the paid version instead.

Best Conversion App
I use this all the time. It's great that it works off line. It's simple to use and updates when you're connected to the Internet. Some pop-ups ads but nothing still great.
