Best app ever
Someone recommended this app to us as we were going to Cambodia and Vietnam and was sweating over how we were going to work out the money. This app was used all the time. You do not need the internet. Whenever someone would tell us an amount in their currency we would just put it in and it would straight away tell us how much it was in Aussie dollars and we would then show the seller and was way easier than using their calculator and found it a lot easier to barter...110% recommend this app. It does all sorts of calculations, not just currency. The ads are minimal too

Handy and easy to use
Extremely Handy
As the world gets smaller, we need to understand different units of measurement. This app does a great job. My main conversion is metric to standard, and vice versa. But it can do so much more!
They've got it nailed great App and service for free.
I've had 2 conversions which baffled me since using this app some 2yrs ago and both were answered in a very short time.
For those curious about my 2 conversions I needed help with.
1, was light bulb watts to lumens
2, was Horse height from age old 'Hands' too ft 'n' inches or metric, as in this instance 19hh and 18.5 try it and see the problem. Decimal (10) vs Imperial (ft:in")

Invaluable App
An extremely useful tool for converting everything type of data you can imagine from one measurement to another. I use it all the time for distance and weight conversions and even to convert pressures when checking my tyres. Truly invaluable.
Not as easy to use as most
Sometimes I have to re-invent the process to change units. It’s not too intuitive how to find the unit you’re looking for.
The instruction from the Developer was the key. I believe this tip will make a comprehensive app much easier to use. I revised my initial 3 star rating to 5 stars, in part because of the quick Developer response.

The easiest way to find the unit is to type into the From unit field. Then once you have selected a From unit, the To unit is automatically restricted to the same category as the From unit. It usually only takes 1 or 2 letters to find the unit you are looking for.
Useful
A useful app that converts lots of things into other things!?!?! I use it a lot on both phone and IPad..
Inapropriate ads
I’ve had this app for quite a while, working no problem. Today went into it to find an ad come up for a “mature lady” who was “up for anything” or words to that effect, with a picture of said lady in her underwear. Seriously, what do you think you are playing at?
