With access to more than 300,000 documents about Siemens Industry products, anytime and anywhere, the App supports you in solving problems during project implementation, troubleshooting faults, or expanding or restructuring your plant, for example. It also allows you to create and manage support requests. You also have access to the Technical Forum and other entries created for you by our experts. They include: • FAQs • Application examples • Manuals • Certificates • Product news ... and much more. Main features at a glance: • Support Request Management allows you to view and manage all current support requests and stay in touch with the technician in each case. • Scanning of product/EAN codes to directly display all technical and graphic data of your Siemens Industry product. • Emailing of product information or entries so that the information can be processed directly at the workstation. • Easy sending of inquiries to Technical Support. Detailed information can be added with the scan or photo function. • Content and interfaces available in six languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese) – including temporary switching to English.
