Bad customer service
You can only contact this app for support through the app, which does not work at all if you can’t get the app to load. So I tried contacting support from an old ticket number which I explained that I could not get the app to load, so this is why I was using an old support ticket. I explained that I could not get the app to load at all. I gave my device type and operating software, which is up to date. I restarted my modem, I restarted my iPad and sent a screenshot of the loading error message I keep getting. I finally got a response from support and they asked for a screenshot of the error message that I’m getting. So I sent the screenshot again this morning and still no response from customer support. This issue of not being able to load this app has been going on for over 24 hours now, so I have been unable to log in for this long. I have spent money buying packages in this software, which I will no longer do since you don’t get any help from this app in a reasonable time frame. Please do not spend your money or time with this app. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Pay to win trash
No skill required, just be dumb enough to pay real money & you’ll be constantly hitting miraculous flops with weak hands in no time. You’ll often see players with 60+ % win rates (lol) who will win multiple hands with terrible cards because they know they’ll flop some bs. Lost 3 all-ins to the same player, I had AA, QQ & KJ suited, he was going in with garbage like 9,2 off suit & would always hit unbelievable flops. I suppose it’s a good app for terrible players willing to spend real money so they can get fantasy flops & feel like they’re doing something. But if you’re looking for a realistic experience or a game that requires skill, look elsewhere.

Outside Music/Audio App Play broken
I just completed your latest update and I no longer can play my music or audiobooks while I am playing this game. In the past, I have never had an issue with this. Every single time I open the game and then go back to open up the other app to play the music, and then come back into this app, the music shut off. Please fix this to allow other apps to play in the background like it used to otherwise I will not be able to play this game as I need that background distraction to play. Thank you.

I really really like this game but…
Please please make the friends system work. I would really like to play with my partner but getting into the same table is impossible with the current ‘friends’ system as the search bar doesn’t work. Other than that this game is really fun and addicting if you like poker. A bit ad heavy but I don’t mind that from a free game. At least the ads are stylistic and easy to close.
Don’t know if this game is still being updated but it’s a shot in the dark I guess :)
