  • Jiji app

Our family loves Jiji! Great spatial mind builder. Sure hope the maker comes up with more educational apps for general public as they have available for schools.
  • Great for critical thinking!

If I'm going to give my kids iPad time, either at home or at school, as a reward, I love when they pick apps by this developer. Big Seed is fun, but also quite challenging - requiring thinking ahead/multi step problem solving. Great game!

  • Spindryslow

In terms of playing the game, Big Seed is as good as they get. If I were judging on game alone I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is very little playing time. You will pay double for this game as you would for most, and then it will last a fraction of the time.
  • Another fun JiJi Game!

Really liked this game a lot. Fun to play and helps teach my kids about transformations in math. Please add more JiJi games to the App Store! They are always a challenge and help teach students to think critically many steps ahead so they get the right answer.
  • I haven't had this much fun with a puzzle game since Tetris!

    INTUITIVE CONTROLS
Big Seed is a clever, simple and infectiously fun game. The Zen-like, elegant graphics and intuitive controls are conducive to the spatial-temporal puzzle solving that ensues. I haven't had this much fun with a puzzle game since Tetris!

    WELL-DESIGNED GAMEPLAY
Big Seed involves flipping mirrored versions of tiles into empty slots. The difficulty comes from the "mirroring" (so 1 tile becomes 2, which becomes 4, which becomes 8, etc.), requiring you to strategize your moves. Big Seed comes locked in landscape mode, which is immensely helpful as you can rotate the touchpad to view the puzzles from a different angle.

    ADDICTIVE PUZZLES
The game tracks all of your stats (puzzle times, successes, fails, favorite color!) so you can go back and improve them. However, Big Seed's puzzles stretch your spatial-temporal capacity so much that it quickly becomes addictive to replay the puzzles you had previously solved anyways.

    A WONDERFUL GAME
Big Seed is extremely well designed, well-crafted, and uses touchpad technology to its advantage, but all in support of its gameplay. There is no in-game music, but I just set up my playlist in iTunes and I'm good to go for hours!
