Worst User Experience after becoming market leader
Way too many popups, After becoming market leader its impossible to add cupons to any order, you can only add to certain places, you can no longer contact the restaurant directly only with the app chat, with most restaurants dont even respond, adding and removing ingredients on orders is only possible on the observation part of the order, other apps offer the option to remove and add ingredients directly in every item. I only use this app when the restaurant I want to order is unavailable in any other app.Show lessJimmy__:3
Brazilian citizens only
Doesn’t accept foreign cards of any type, even if you have a valid CPF or Apple Pay. Simply isn’t compatible. How in 2024 this payment issue can still be a thing shows how useless ifood are. We’re trying to give you money!sim.sam

No good for tourists
As most things in Brazil, it forgets to be inclusive to their own population and tourists.
One cannot open an account and place an order if they don’t have a Brazilian SIM card and CPF number… it’s madness and so behind anywhere in world.TASB_81

Ifood is great but needs to accept international cards
I order from ifood alot and its great but they really need to accept international cards because im not from Brazil but i still want to order food from home without having to ask a friend for their card because they have a brazilian card and i dont. Please accept international cards!Dephomega

The app is generally good. There are times where my order is dropped and voided because of payment options. All payment options should be available at all times. There are other times where delivery times are missed. Times given should be more realistic based on conditions so more informed decisions can be made. More times than not, deliveries are late by many minutes as opposed to being on time. Orders are never early.Show lessjdw6fd
