Never had an issue with customer service until the last couple months. Takes forever for them to reply and purchases are never what you expect to get.

Good game
Itโs a good way to burn time and it is possible to do well without spending much money tho just as anything else you don need to spend some to complete. Tho far less then most games of the same type.
