I can honestly say it’s by far the worst slot app I’ve ever played! No matter what slot game you play you get little or nothing in features playing so it isn’t long before your out of coins,
the prices for coins they charge I have no idea who decided these but it’s absolutely ridiculous for the amount you get as it won’t take long for them to take back what you buy!!
All the apps are designed for profit purposes and not for customers entertainment but this one is by far above them all so stay away from DoubleDown you won’t get anything at all out of this app….

Playability is diabolical
The game itself is great! Good graphics, fantastic slots and side quests is good with the exception of wonder cards.. it’s a wonder if you get to fill more than one album. However, it’s clearly a business that puts profit before entertainment and customer satisfaction.
I’m happy to pay in-app fees, but when you pay £9.99 for just £1.4 M coins and the slots have a minimum of £200k then £10 goes in less than 20 seconds. I’m sure more people would stick around if the playability was longer. You can bet from £10k but you get no extras for wins! Pointless. Greed outweighs customer satisfaction by a huge degree, I will be trying out others to see if there is better value in playability.

I’ve been playing this game for a little while I’ve bought coins and lost them quick. I just recently spent 40 bucks for 30 million coins here’s how it went. 37 spins zero wins 38th I got my bet back 41 spins zero wins 42 got my net back then spun out to zero coins. All this in 5 minutes. So 40 bucks got me 4 minutes of playing time where I spun over 80 times winning my bet back twice then broke. I’ll let you decide how fair this app is cause I feel robbed and I’m shocked apple sticks by all of this. Going to add a little more to this. Cause I just spent 40 more bucks and the outcome is hilarious. I played a game where I was losing just about every spin then I hit a bonus that paid me 17 million coins. Yay right um no it cost me 23 million coins to win that 17 then they sent me a message saying hey that’s a big win you want to leave feedback. I was thinking um for what losing 6 million on this game. After that hit I went to another game where I spun 100 times winning only 4 spins and those wins where very small. So the moral of my story is your big wins will be coins you have already loss to them then after that they think you hit big so they will not let you win again. It’s trash and disgusting how they operate. I wish there was a layer that could sue these creeps.

Nice choice of games. Easy to loose coins in a quick time, but equally you can get a few good wins to roll on for a while.

Now You Must Sign In Everytime You Open This App 😵💫
This is crazy: Now, instead of keeping you signed in so you can just open the app every time you want to play it, you are now required to sign in every single time you open the app! What has that done? Well, it has certainly discouraged people from using the app. I have several friends who play the app, and we would exchange "gifts" in the app every day. Not anymore. I might get 2 to 4 of them now. This means that the number of people using the app has dropped a lot, simply because it requires you to sign in every time. Pretty stupid move, Double Down. I imagine you are losing players like crazy now.
I contacted them about it and received a canned generic email from them that did not even address the question. It had one suggestion that was a possibility, to delete the app and re-install it, so I tried that. It made no difference. So, apparently this is not a glitch! Apparently, they now purposely want us to sign in every single time we open the app. I am considering quitting this app now, even though I have played it for years. Other casinos don’t require you to sign in every time you open the app. That used to be the case with Double Down Casino, too. Not anymore.

Company has become far more avaricious than is good for its bottom line, complaints tend to be handled in an aggressive manner despite the fact that complainants pay the wages of the staff who endeavour to belittle them and ignore their legitimate concerns. Astonished,but happy, that the company exists. Some people must be paying exceedingly ridiculous amounts of money to allow these charlatans to continue,but that’s the free market I suppose

Frustrating but good
Games are good but its quite frustrating how obvious the motives are. You can feel like you are doing well and play for 30mins but then the game will put you on a losing streak so you have to buy to play

Sure you’re providing extra chips but no payouts. Even bought more chips thinking since all of us put you in business you might be a little bit more willing to pay your loyal customers a nice hit every once in a while 😢. Is something wrong with double down? Hardly any payouts and the missions are impossible to play because everything is so tight and then you get thrown to making a large bet and it becomes impossible to play. I loved the missions. It was a good way to beat levels and bank some chips but not now!! I’m spending way too much money in hopes that it will change. Just bought another 19 dollars worth and it was gone in less than 10 minutes with not one jackpot. I’m furious with myself but there is no such thing as customer satisfaction and I have been playing for years. Eventually it will happen to so many you guys will lose all your customers. I hope it’s worth it because all you provide is a button to push and nothing else. I don’t know who bought DD but they have really screwed it up. Just got 5,000 chips and not one jackpot!!
