No more trying to remember if I had taken my pain meds for chronic lower back pain. I can take up to 1 pill every six hours. This app takes away the risk of taking to much to often. In the notes under the medicine I can notate my symptoms. This is great for doctors visits. I entered headaches as a drug because I have migraines so recurrently and it helps me to be able to see how often they are happening and to be able to notate the triggers. I have several chronic illnesses and I use this app religiously. It prevents me from overdosing because when you take medicine regularly you sometimes forget if you took it at 3 today or was that yesterday that you took it at 3? I can just open the app and look. I try to track the medicine when I’m taking it and feel I have made it a habit. I love this app.Show lessChurB
Notifications
I really like this app but the notifications don’t work for me. I have to actually open the app for any badge to appear and I don’t get any alerts or sounds even though I have it set for those on my Iphone.Mrs. FC
