Not Consistent or Reliable
Needs a lot of work…. Half the time I can’t log in to check my account balance… it says “communication error.” Honestly will probably be the reason I switch banks. If you can’t reliably access your money, what’s the point.So far not impressed
It’s been 2 weeks since the ‘upgrade’ and the two times I have tried to use Bill Pay the app (as well as the web site, by the way) has repeatedly stopped working and has not processed my payments. Of course this was on weekends when local help was not available. I am not impressed with the web hosting by Jack Henry for MCB.Show lessOutstanding!!!
Just what I need to keep track of my account.
