Navigation is buggy. Also, be clearer on pricing. Digital copy should not be a separate purchase.
Neither Moneysense nor The Economist charge an additional fee for digital subscriptions, which contrary to your customer service's opinions, are relatively inexpensive to distribute.

Content when available is useful. Print issues are much better.

Save yourself the few dollars. The App is horrible and seeing your purchased issues is unlikely. Am deleting.

I subscribed to be updated with latest market news but it’s September and I am still waiting for JULY AUGUST issue.
Major failure
Obviously someone is asleep at the wheel. Previous issues can’t be downloaded, along with various other issues. Left a message with key media and no response....read additional reviews

Love the magazine. Always have problems downloading a new issue. Have dealt with this for a couple of years now. When my subscription is up, I’m done.
Not downloading after subscribing/ purchasing
It seems like most of us have the same issue here. I purchased the magazine thru the app but could not download.
I guess I should have read the reviews first before hitting the confirm button on my iphone.
I emailed them twice so I am hoping they’d get back to me with either my refund or fixing the app so I could have access to the one year subscription.

Can’t read my purchase
I bought a magazine and then did an iOS upgrade and now I can’t access my purchase. Ugh...
