Worthless
No warning that upgrading to ios11 will make your $1000 camera system worthless. Apple of course does not care either and won’t let you downgrade nor will they offer a compatibility mode for allowing older apps. So basically you spend $1000 on a product that is essentially a glorified camera and web browser that Apple refuses to allow consumers to use the advanced features of and if you upgrade past ios10 you lose all functionality of your security system. Both companies should be sued for this.applesucks1911
Can only use on WiFi
For some reason we can only view the cameras on WiFi and only certain WiFi. I can view the cameras on my phone from my work WiFi but my husband can’t view them on his WiFi at his company. We had Sprint carrier and just switched to T-Mobile and have had issues with this app ever since. Freezes on me a lot and won’t let me switch between cameras a lot.Kendra_3708

Absolutely no support, cannot install on your pc only a smart phone. The visual is grainy, and can’t hardly see.P@r3nt
No in place upgrade???
I was hoping that this company would have an easy upgrade without consumers having to re-enter the IP address and password configuration all over again. What a pain in the butt and Apple is at fault as well, at least Microsoft has backward compatibility but Apple?? No you just “out of luck”.MEME763
Company dissolved their security department
I spoke to avermedia, they advised no additional support was going to be offered as they dissolved the security department. So the only way to monitor your $500 system remotely is with I.E. and only on windows 7 or lower. They essentially screwed over tens of thousands of customers. And they do not care. I used to only refer people to avermedia, now I will never buy anything they manufacture again, because they have proven that they may stop supporting without even bothering to advise people (people who have registered a product) that they were no longer supporting their products. I am really annoyed because I had to settle for a prebuilt setup because I have to have cell phone access to remote viewing. I wanted to do what they should have done and tell everyone there is not going to be any updates.Sage74
Need to update app
Updated to iOS 9 and function keys at the bottom of screen disappeared. Tried reinstalling app to see if it would fix problem, only made it worst. Can no longer connect to or add network and cameras because function keys are missing.~[R}(I}|[B}•

This app is totally useless. Every time there is an electrical storm and I lose electricity, I lose the app. It is very expensive to get technical help from my router company.Klkota

Just upgraded the app. Now I do not see my aver IP camera.
All the analog cameras are viewable.
When I select the IP cam in the list the view does not change.
This did work before I upgraded. Please fix

Aver viewer still does not work with the most recent iPad update. Bottom eight of the security cameras cannot be accessed. Also, when viewing four cameras, the pictures are disproportional in size.Bekob1960
