And the ‘Support’ link on the app’s page in the U.S. App Store takes you to a page in another language and there is no support info in the app, so I can’t report either issue. The URL I tried to shorten, with and without the beginning http://, worked just fine using the Bit.ly Website!
I only tried using Bit.ly in the app. The first attempt without the http://, it said ‘Note: An error occurred. Please check your URL.’ The second attempt, with the http://, went to a black screen and the app crashed.
You need to provide access to support for your U.S. users if you are going to continue to provide this app in the U.S. App Store!
