OK, the Apple Gestapo decides we don't need a calculator and leaves it out of included apps. So now we must look for a simple replacement for light, everyday use. Thanks a lot, Big Brother!

Just what I needed
I used to really like this app, so much so that we paid to get the ad free version. Since recent updates however, the app has reverted to showing me ads, both the annoying full screen ads and the banner at the bottom which is all to easy to accidentally hit. I am NOT happy.
What else could you need for everyday?
I can do most 3 digit figures in my head, but sometimes you just need to have something to figure out multiple combinations. This is great for those everyday calculations that you want to have quick and accurate. Thanks for the simple interface and clean look of this app.
Excellent calculator that doesn't try to do too many things
The vast majority of the time when I want grab a calculator, I can't find one easily, but I can find a phone or tablet. And when I want a caculator, I normally just want to do a quick addition, subtraction, division, or multiplication. In those cases I don't need to save every calulation for later and I usually am not converting units, so this caculator app is perfect.

Great simple app
This is a great simple app and I use it often. I would give it 5 stars if it had a percent % button on the vertical portrait setting of calculator. If you use the wide landscape view there is a % button. I never use the +/- button and agree with another reviewer that it should be replaced when the % button.

No substitute for dumb....
This is a fine app. I really don't understand how there would be any misunderstanding of 21 divided by 7 not equaling 3. If the numbers are put in correct, the desired answer comes out. That is USER error and not the fault of the app, or its programmer. That being said, this app is what I was looking for.

Love the large numbers
The numbers are so large that it makes it easy to use! The layout is easily functional.

Couldn't find an ad free free calculator since the basic one got greedy UNTIL NOW. This calc does all I want and is ad free. Thank you!
Get The Calculator instead
Many of these comments are people saying they are happy to just have the basic functions, which I understand. However, The Calculator is better. You can set it to only have the basic functions. You can also choose to display the scientific calculator functions or even a currency translator! Not to mention there are also many themes you can pick and when your device is sideways you can also see your calculation history. Basically, get The Calculator.
