Useless
Does not work with ios. The phone says the app needs to be updated in order to work. Kguard does not update their software and dont care their customer. Worst customer service, they do not respond the phone , email .Ripio1
Keeps crashing.
It's a good app but keeps crashing at regular intervals and then just says something about "remote lost"
Two suggestions to add to the app would be:
1) A button to flick ahead 10 seconds or so, so that if I'm trying to view what happened in the last hour remotely, I don't have to keep pressing the back button, then selecting the next minute and pressing play. I could just skip ahead 10 seconds or so within the app.
2) Ability to download remotely a whole days worth or video, or at least maybe an hours worth so that I could fast forward through footage quickly to see if anything has happened.
3) Really needs a way of fast forwarding through footage (remotely). It's either in real-time or runs very slow if 3G signal is slow. It cannot practically be used to review footage remotely. It can only be used to view live footage remotely. Sometimes this is not enough if i need to see what has happened at a certain time remotely.Show lessAndy10Durham
Great Alternative To SwannView!
I was looking for a better alternative to the SwannView app, and this is it! The main thing I like is that I can quickly switch between viewing cameras 1-4 to viewing cameras 5-8 with a couple taps. Works ok but buggy
I have been using the app now for 2 weeks now easy to use for some people who knows about Technology but people who not good with smartphone or Technology will find it a-bit hard to setup for first time and using it for first time
All ok but it is buggy it will work for sometime but it crashes randomly
If they fix the crashing issues and add a step by step setup guide and how to use guide I will give 5 stars but due to crashes issues and lack of guides I will only 3 starsShow lessHaynes01623
Doesn't work with other network
The app works perfectly as long as I'm using wifi from home. But when I use wifi from other places it doesn't work at all. And that really stressful since its mostly when you are far away from home that you need to check upon your house. But this one is strange. Hope it is mended soon..Twampa

Pretty good but still has some problems
Its a quite nice interface and fairly easy to use. The bug where it only shows 3 out of 4 selected cameras has already been mentioned - I am getting the same problem.
I like the ability to double tap a single camera to go full screen and then be able to swipe between cameras is excellent.
I couldn't find a way to set up for all 8 cameras on an SHA 108 V2. the camera selection switches will only allow 4 out of the 8 cameras to be selected.
I have since got all 8 cameras working on NS & SHA systems by setting up 2 named views for 2 sets of 4 cameras.
I still cannot get remote playback working. It always reports "user login fails !!!"Show lesszed_thirteen
Only works at home
Despite several calls to support and emails the iPhone app does not work on any other wifi except at home. Each support guy says "it should work just fine" but it doesn't. Been fighting with it for 2 weeks, bought a new router and have all the data memorized from entering it so often.Stevevoid
