One of the most amazing races in the world and we get a narrow coverage. Not much back story.

Needs Live Timing

Should be able to track categories in real time or at least by waypoints.

Highlight packages are very basic.

Hard to navigate

Along with other reviews I find the app hard to navigate with unnecessary options. If all you want is to long on and see where your hero’s are at, the app isn’t the best.

It allows fans to follow in live each stage with timing at each KM points, gaps, rankings, maps with competitors positions or near live video content. Each fan can personalize his experience with his favorites. We hope it helps. The DAKAR team

Hopeless

Biggest off road race in history and an app that is clunky and hard to use. It’s 2024, maybe they need to look at other motorsports apps to see how they do it

Our lifeline to the Dakar

We absolutely love this app, especially the commentary which keeps the race alive for us during the day and we eagerly await every update with hearts racing following each triumph and disappointment live. It's helpful that we can highlight our favourite competitors and see the standings at a glance too. This app is the next best thing to actually being there in the desert.

Canadian Fan

As a Canadian I get very little to no coverage of the Dakar rally so this app is my best source for getting information on the from the rally sport I love.
The app is well designed & I really like summary videos and photographs.
The only problem with the app is I view it on my I pad & when you go to the drivers profiles the picture of drivers are cut in half so you can not see their heads or faces, needs to be fixed please !

Live positioning

The ability to see live race positions of each competitor on a stage map ( like a few years ago) would be a great thing to bring back
