Great magazine; horrible app

The app crashes and locks up to point you can't view any magazines or even access their support. Deleted and started over to re download purchased issues. Takes a long time and now app has frozen again. I am not starting over and am canceling subscription. Totally worthless. Others get right.

Great magazine...online version locks up

This is a great magazine, but the online version is the only online magazine for me that does not load well. The app hangs up, locks up, and is frustrating to the point I do not read the magazine. Great when it works..

Beautiful

There is not a better magazine for those interested in plants, landscaping and gardening. The photography in particular is superb and quite beautiful. The articles are wonderfully stimulating.

I like the magazine but not the purchase system

I purchased a single magazine to see what it was like and ended up receiving a continuous subscription for which I have been continuously charged as far as I can see. I contacted the App creators by email and by phone to correct this problem but no one contacted me back. I believe I am still being charged for an unending subscription which I'm not using and have been unable to cancel it. To the creators, if you get this message, please contact me back to correct this problem. Thank you for your help.

A dreamy magazine for the avid gardener.

Whether you are a planning your new garden, looking for inspiration or just sitting on the sofa dreamy of 'maybe one day' - you cannot help but be captured by this magazine.
I subscribe on my iPad and every edition is beautifully photographed with thoughtful content and layouts. The written articles are helpful, thought provoking and well written.
My personal opinion - you can't go wrong with this subscription. KDay.

Avoid this app

I have two subscriptions that use Immediate Media apps: Gardeners' World and Gardens Illustrated. Both are a continuous source of annoyance. Downloaded issues routinely become unavailable and have to be downloaded again. Or, even worse, purchased again. The print issues are available before the iPad issues. After IOS 8 was released, the apps didn't work for weeks. Customer support consists of telling you to uninstall and reinstall the apps, which would mean downloading every issue from scratch. I love the magazines, but no way I am renewing my subscriptions.

My favourite garden magazine

Always a variety of topics and beautiful photos. I have an iPhone (not an iPad) so reading the electronic version is a bit small but handy when you're away/out and about. Photos are just as lovely though!

Beautiful Photogrqphy

Even though I am in the States and this magazine is based out of the UK, it is a must read for me since it offers the best garden photography for inspiration.

Too Much of a Good Thing is Wonderful

I've given up all my addictions--except this magazine!

Great magazine, BUT.....

Even though I subscribe to the very expensive print edition of this magazine, if I want a digital copy, I must pay extra.....a lot extra....for each digital copy. I know of no other magazine which charges for both. It is ridiculous. Too bad, because it is an excellent magazine. Just needs to join the 21st century!
