App is not working
Very frustrating especially when I paid for an annual subscription

APP Fails to Open at all!
Worked at first when I subscribed in July but now since the official 15.7 OS update refuses to open beyond the official Red background on the app at all. Why is it other magazine platforms work perfectly well. Not impressed and feel a loss in terms of my enjoyment reading it. Will be looking into cancelling my subscription if the issue is not resolved quickly.

App no longer opening.
App slow, no longer opens after update to iOS 15.7. Magazine reading on iPad mini is painful, just feels like a glorified pdf. Look at so,etching like the Libby app,where you can swipe through the magazine but at the point of reading an article it open as digital content you can scroll through. Will not be renewing my subscription.

What is being done about the App not working, I paid for this but it is not working ,no one will answer any Emails about it. Can someone from the magazine please reply.
App fails to open
The magazine is great, but the App has always been slow to open and is now refusing to open. Really not good enough
Purchase failure
Tried to use the in app purchase with Apple handling the transaction and it was a total fail across the board. Apple is doing a refund and the support people for the subscription while helpful in pointing me to Apple didn’t seem concerned when I told them about the issue.

I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced this problem with the app. We do not normally experience problems with the in-app purchasing within the app so I am surprised to hear this has failed in this instance. I will raise this with our development team and get them to run a full diagnostic check to see if there are any issues that need addressing or whether this was a one-off glitch.
