Geçtiğimiz aylarda devamlı denememize rağmen yabancı kartlarla ödeme yapamıyorduk. Son değişikliklerle birkaç haftadır hiçbir sorun yaşamadan tek seferde ödeme yapabiliyoruz. Teşekkür ediyoruz büyük bir kolaylık oldu.RickyMiki

For security reasons, we expect you to make your first login from the mobile network after the update. Then, you can easily do your transactions from wherever you want, regardless of wifi or mobile network. We wish you a nice day.Kimlik teyidi yapilamiyor.
I m using fastpay since January 2019 regularly paying my bills through your app but i can not verify my profile such as a name surname even i went to deniz bank branch to solve this issue but not succeeded.Hard megayom

I don’t know why but It keeps telling me that my bank didn’t approve while my credit card is working perfectly
The app needs improvement as soon as possible please I can’t add my kuveyt Turk credit card and sometimes it keeps loading too longMAXakaMYSELF

The app actually does what we need in daily life. However, I guess it is supposed to have better design, and also should be in use everywhere such as supermarkets and shopping mall by QR code reader.memko35
