Hi, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have experienced problems accessing your subscription. If you have purchased within the app, opening up the subscriptions window and then tapping the 'Restore Subscriptions' link will re-link your purchase to the app and grant you access. If this does not work, please can you forward your purchase confirmation email to us at digitalsubscriptions@archant.co.uk and we will setup a login to grant you access within the app straight away.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. When reading in portrait mode, if you tap the single/double page mode button in the menu at the top (this is located on the left of the menu bar and looks like a rectangle with a line down the middle), this will resize the page so all content fits on the screen. I am sorry to hear that you have had problems with the July issue, our development team are checking this now to see what may have caused these issues.
