Hello World! I am so happy to be announcing this new update for Circadia! In the year since I released Circadia over 100,000 of you have played it completely blowing any expectations I ever had for this humble artistic puzzler. Thank you so much. You have collectively fueled my passion as a game designer and enabled me to continue to challenge myself each day. For that, I am infinitely grateful. So, you may be wondering what's in this new update. Well, read on: iPhone 5 formatted! That's right, now you can play Circadia on Apple's cutting edge retina screen without any letterboxing. Very nice! Infinity Mode has been added. So many of you asked for some way to enjoy Circadia without having to be stuck on a level. It took a while to figure it out, but I am happy to tell you that now you can enjoy Circadia before bed, when you wake up, on the subway, whenever, and without having to play the current level that makes you want to throw your iDevice across the room. Once you select infinity mode Circadia will design random 2 and 3 button levels forever. The levels won't get any more difficult than that. It's an essential addition, and even managed to surprise me by making levels I had never considered :) 5 new sound sets: I'm guessing by now you're a little tired of hearing those same bells over and over and over again. Well, it was a surprisingly involved task to find other instruments that would compliment the simplicity of the aesthetic but 5 sounds really stood out to me and expanded the Circadia experience. From a celebrity sampled piano to some zenified Tibetan gongs there's a depth and resonance that will keep you in a state of relaxation. Of course, if you're not using headphones, you're missing out. Orientation flipping seems like it would be a super simple update, and it is! Until you factor in that Circadia was the first game I coded and I didn't know how to do it. Well, those days are long gone. Flip your phone up or down, down or up, it's all good ;) Unlock all levels purchase: I added a purchase link in the menu that will unlock all levels. I realize that people experience games differently and some may enjoy Circadia much much more if they could jump to any level they desire. For those who do, this will now be a purchasable option. Bugs: Yup, fixed a few bugs. I addressed the loading issue some of you have still been experiencing. I fixed the issue where you choose to rate Circadia and return to the game only to endlessly be asked to rate it (so sorry about that, just had to do with saving your state before leaving the game to go to the review page, thank you for all your wonderful reviews). Fixed another issue where Circadia would shutdown if you left the game, I assume causing some save issues. Finally, it's not a bug, but I moved some of the more difficult levels in the beginning to a little bit later so players can see levels where the white dot moves sooner. Ok, that should cover all the bases. I'm really so thankful for your support. You have no idea how the support from this game has changed me in such monumental ways. Thanks, Kurt Bieg Simple Machine

Hi All, I know I promised the next update would include new content for Circadia, but it's still in the oven :) It'll be ready really soon, and totally worth the wait. As you might guess, this update addresses one very important and major issue! Support for the new iPad screen!!! And boy is it beautiful :D All you early adopters can fall in love with Circadia all over again (or maybe for the first time), and, since Circadia has iCloud support, it should mean all your progress will pick up right where you left off. In addition to the new iPad support, I also tweaked the loading code so that it (maybe) will fix some of the issues a few people have emailed me about. Also, I changes the title screen, so if that screen baffled you (as it did many) that is all taken care of now :) When you get to the title screen, you can either tap on the dot to get started, or you can just wait it out, and it'll start up for you. If there are any issues with this version, please let me know. Sometimes when you try to fit an unexpected upgrade (like the new iPad screen) you end up breaking stuff. Hi Everyone First let me say thank you to every one who has been enjoying Circadia so far. Having so many people play a game I worked so hard on is amazing! Some of you have said some of the most amazing things about Circadia and it's unbelievable! This update won't have any new content, but that will be coming shortly. What this update will have is a few fixes for all the people with broken games. Thanks for your patience and your emails. Your info helped me resolve these small issues that were keeping the game from being truly enjoyable for a lot of people. I hope, after you get to play it, you'll consider reviewing it as the experience it was intended to be. Sorry you had a frustrating introduction to Circadia, and welcome to the game :) ★ Loading Crash ★ Fixed! I can't wait for all of you to finally be able to play Circadia! A small hint, once you see the title, tap the pink button. I will make that more intuitive in a later content build, but for now, you'll just have to take my word for it ;) ★ Tutorial Level Fixed ★ For those of you having issues on level 5 where you have to tap both buttons at the same time. The issue is fixed. It was a small issue with Game Center that wasn't recognizing a some code that wasn't supported until a later iOS. ★ Easier Level Select ★ Tap in the top right corner on any level and you'll immediately be taken to the level select screen. The touch aspect was a little wonky so I tightened it up so you don't accidentally select a wrong level. Ok, that's everything! Thanks everyone. I wanted to do more for the first update, but these two bugs were a big priority and they took quite a while to track down.
