My wife and I have tried getting the app to work off and on for over a year hoping the issue was fixed, but every time we try and log in it says log in info is incorrect. We tried resetting the password multiple times. My wife even called and after all was said and done the person helping her said it should be working but couldn’t understand why it wasn’t and it was left at that. We tried the app on both Android and iPhone, so it wasn’t a specific platform issue. Being able to not have to drive over to the physical locations to deposit a check, especially these days, would be such a nice feature. Guess I’ll just have to keep dreaming of a day when it will finally work.
