  • Shocking customer care

App is ok, few glitches and improvements needed. As others have already said customer support person behaves like a petulant child. If I was starting fresh I’d use electraform or easycert

An update on my previous review. Have just filled out two EICRs. Once compelted and saved I attempted to delete some old report with no saved name(likely ones I never finished and started new). The app crashed three times in a row when deleting these unnamed EICRs. Have now lost the two EICRs completed today.

  • Does The Job

Like most industrial applications they can seem behind the times and be cumbersome to use. However, this application allows fast and precious data input with professional interfaces for the customer.

One thing to note, we need fast and reliable data logging from testers to software via applications to make workflow faster. The industry is way behind on this as Cert Suite and similar applications aren’t up to the job yet.

  • Very impressive app!

This has got to be the best certification app available! Regular updates the developer clearly listens to the community. Extremely convenient with the latest update we’re you can back up certificates so I can switch devices - iPad on site - laptop at home! I have been using this app for about 3 years + the early days of development have long gone this in now sure in the top spot for sparks on Apple devices!

  • Bad customer support and various unresolved glitches.

Could be an excellent app but has quite a few glitches and customer support is awful.
Customer support can take days / weeks to get back to you and when they do, they never even give you a suggestion or any helpful advice, it’s always a generic “send me a video screenshot and all details of devices and lead up to the issue”.
Even after replying you may not get a reply. Not helpful when waiting to send a form out or in middle of a form.
I currently have about 5 open cases that have never been resolved or replied to.

  • Not a good system

This app does have it’s uses, however it is flawed on many levels. There’s way too many boxes to tick which adds a huge amount of time to a job. Old certificates are hard to find, as there’s no logic in the order of them. Even a search of name or address doesn’t work. It does crash sometimes and you can lose where you’re at.
Also, I no longer require the app, as I’ve left the UK. An old customer can’t find their certificate. I cannot open a certificate that I paid for when subscribed, as I need to pay a subscription fee to open it. Complete rip off, as I’ve already paid for that certificate and it belongs to me.

  • C B Electrical

So it’s renewal time again, last year was a nightmare as I have an iPhone and an iPad and I had to purchase twice but the accounts don’t link. Now I’ve managed to re purchase on my iPhone but my iPad won’t let me purchase. All my certificates are on my iPad and all my danger notices are on my iPhone. Really useless customer support, can’t talk to anyone and I don’t have Facebook. Send an email in and it’s 3 days before they get back to you.

This is still the same but the software is very good

  • Customer service absolutely shocking

I like the app, glitchy at times. Lost certificate software once or twice but… for the most part it’s good.

Customer service on the other hand, possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. Asked for help as I lost some certificate data (days of work gone), got slightly heated at their casual responses and no care given attitude. Then they blocked communications with me! This was via Facebook, so now I can no longer get direct help ever again 🤣. If the customer service improves it will be a great service, however a bit too late for me, I will be moving software on next renewal and will not be returning ICertifii.

  • It needs to be better…

You may fill out a test sheet, but don’t expect all the info to be on the PDF you send to your customers.

Because Of so many faults with this app i have to send Incomplete certificates to my customers.

Also be sure to consistently save as you go because Iv had whole test results disappear and then had to try and remember or work out readings without looking like a total tool asking to retest a property because the app deleted half the info.

  • Great product abysmal customer service

This is definitely my favourite Certification software however the company has the most horrendous customer service and communication. A great example they used to allow access to all their platforms via one subscription. One day and without any communication they changed their subscription modelling to one subscription per platform meaning that for the full suite for a year would cost 3x what it would have cost only days previous. This also kicked out any existing subscription on any platforms without an individual plan and worst of all prevented access to all competed reports on any of the platforms. When questioned about this the customer support basically told everyone they had been getting a freebie and to shut up. I do not use the Fire certs or PAT testing suite enough to warrant a full subscription but now cannot access anything I hadn’t saved as a pdf.

That said Icertifi is a great product and I am invested by 8 years now so do not want to change.

  • Glitchy and customer service shocking

All in all, its ok but lots can be done to make this a first class app. iPad version is terrible and so frustrating. Conversely the IPhone version is much better but completing many certificates and reports on a small device gets a little tiresome.

I have reached out to co called customer service via the facebook chat option and they have basically fobbed me off, not giving a monkeys that I’ve spent my hard earned cash with them.

I would just like a few bugs fixed and some minor improvements and all will be fine and dandy. iPad version does not appear to save user inputs as you go. For example, Main fuse - I select 100A and move to next box, but in doing this the 100A previously selected regents back to a default number. This is across the whole board and not just one option. If not fixed very soon, I’ll move provider for sure.

Just be mindful of the reoccurring issues folks are having with this app and its functionalities.

I’ll update this review when/if i finally get a resolution
