While I like that the developer has apps for the iWatch, I think the times he sets for each set verses the reps, as well as the rest periods between each set are ridiculously long. 60 seconds to do 6 squats then 60 seconds of rest for five sets? Nope. You CAN adjust the times, but you have to adjust each individual time for everything. To make matters worse, you have to do this again and again per every day you work out. I will try to purchase another app with the ability to universally adjust the times.
