This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Now the lite version allows you to define a goal weight like the full version does. You will see more informations on the start screen including remaining weight, a progress indicator, your target weight and the time period. Don't forget to set your target weight. Added the time period to the overview screen. This update brings back the old "cancel" and "save" button instead of saving everything instantly. Added stones as weight unit. You can now choose your height and your weight unit independently.

Simplified weight picker. Weight loss/weight gain visible in the overview section. Recently changed in 2.0: New app layout with tabs, clearly represented - in the overview menu everything can be seen clearly at a glance. You can turn off metric units in settings to use lbs and inch instead of kg and cm. You can now specify if you want to reduce or gain weight. Improved your history view. Please note that this new version does no longer automatically tries to sync with the Health App. You have to activate "add new data" in the settings menu. Simplified weight picker.
