I used to provide a 4 star rating, now it’s 2. While I love VI and their customer service is top notch, the app isn’t it. Back in 2021, I asked a question via a Q&A session when the app would be updated. They said by the end of the year. Aside from an internal UI adjustment in the home screen, no physical app adjustments have been posted to the App Store.
The most recent problem I’ve faced is, aside from small-sized PDFs still not working, is most recent purchases haven’t been showing up in my library. On top of that, after deleting/reinstalling the app countless times, only about 1/3 of my library is there. Yes, I can use my browser, but what’s the point of using the app when you get to that level?
Andi, Josh, or whoever is reading this, again, I love your company (and app… when it works!), but please, on behalf of magicians everywhere, update your app!
