Excellent resource, but once again the OU totally ignores the Sephardic world. There is no reason why they can't classify food as acceptable for Sephardim on Passover! The OU was begun as a request of the sisterhood at Shearith Israel the Spanish Portuguese Synagogue of NYC.Rabbi Ben
