My paid upgrade is gone
This game is lots of fun. However recently I couldn’t keep the app open. It kept crashing over and over again. I did all the standard things and after I downloaded the app again it did not show that I had paid for the upper levels. Don’t know how to contact anyone about this. A nice quick puzzle
This is a great puzzle to keep the mind active and doesn't take all day! I try to target less than a minute, and play it every day without fail. Great for us oldies!ghcmm1959
If only I could get yesterday’s crossword
This is a great app which combines two games in one. The multi level horizontal word game allows you to choose according to your ability and time available. The daily crossword, unfortunately, is truly daily. If you forget to download it on a given day, there is no grace and it is gone forever. It would be nice to have a two or three day window to keep an unbroken set of games. Otherwise no complaints. I play this game almost every day.Show lessHortter
Daily Puzzle Even Better
UPDATE: Sarah Pierce, please take note:
1. Others have mentioned the bizarre sort of “drumming” sound that seems to come out of nowhere (in my experience only occasionally). Seems to be a bug of some kind.
2. Please, oh, please make a separate app for the daily bonus game. I would gladly pay to get more than 3 of those a day. In fact, I don’t even play the regular game, and only keep the app for the bonus game.

This is an excellent word game, as are all Sarah Pierce word games. However, I like the daily puzzle (the bonus here) even better, and wish there was a separate app (or in-app purchase option) for it. I could play that one all day.Show lessabcrv
It’s great when it works.
I love this game when it works. Unfortunately it won’t load about 40% of the time. Also it has started randomly playing background music even when I have supposedly silenced all sound by tapping the speaker in the bottom left of the screen to and I can’t find anywhere else to control sound.NanSedai

I love word games, this is a great union of literacy and logic, it has many levels, easy to hard, you can play easy forever if you like , as you choose when your ready to go up a level.Specs1234

Very poor customer service
I absolutely love this app and have played it for many years. Unfortunately, today, I have been unable to access it on my phone yet it works on iPad. I tried deleting and reinstalling but still no joy. I clicked to get customer support but the person who made the app has not kept their registration up to date so they cannot be contacted. Really gutted that they don’t seem to care about their customers any more.Show lessslowspud
Great brain teaser
A friend recommended this crossword app to me and I love it. Really hooked. Only problem was, I missed a couple of days cos we were away and neither day downloaded which was disappointing. Was this just a glitch or must you access the app every day?

Quite a challenge
As this is written I will turn 80 in a few weeks and have been playing/working this puzzle for about 2 years. I am addicted to it and would recommend it for any one of any age but especially for seniors. Very challenging, entertaining and, sometimes, exasperating.Phlp 4:8
