How to change language in the app? I don’t understand Korean at all. How could I purchase online? It was showing Chinese last time and suddenly it change into KoreanJesylinLA

Keeps showing the same message “because of the temporary error, can’t open the page” I downloaded the app several times and tried so many times to log in. I can’t even open the page to log in. It shows the phone number in Korea. Really? Should I call to Korea from a different country? You want me to pay the fee for the international call?Show less$&@133
Super convenient and amazing
Makes duty free shopping so much easier! I only found out about this app like a day before my departure. I wouldn’t have to navigate through numerous stores and around the crowds if I knew they had this app and the products I want are available at duty free. And I visited the duty free store twice and it was so crowded and hectic. Also makes shopping so much more convenient because you can compare prices with the products you find in the stores.Show lessmochabeanns

Really easy to use
I love The lotte app!! It is easy to use and has tons of coupons everyday!! it is very convenient that you can use the app to compare prices with local cosmetic stores as you shop, also you can easily pick up the products from the airport which is very fast and convenient and time saving that you won’t need to worry about tax refund.
