Really let down by Gamehouse!
So ...... this game is something I have on my phone from a long time ago. Plus many other in the series. All of which I paid £9.99 per game for.......
The original versions of the apps that I paid for now say “the app developer is no longer updating this app” when I try to open it but then you can download this game again from here and it’s charging a subscription fee of £8.99 per month to play them?
So what happened to the £50/60 I already spend on these exact games a year or so ago? And why should I have to pay to play them again? This is such a con 😩Show lessMiaaaaxx
Not working!!!
I had this app a few years ago and it stopped working. Deleted it, and recently found it in the App Store and downloaded again. For some reason it’s not fitting my screen. All I get is the bottom left corner of the game and music.
This WAS my favorite Emily game, and I wish I could get it to work. I’ve tried deleting and downloading several times, same result. I’m running on IOS 12.1.4
Also.... I purchased EVERYEmily game, but now on some I get ads and on some they require me to pay for the month;y subscription. Why, when I already paid $9.99 for them long ago?Show lessBucky-Boo

I paid for this game and I’m still being forced to watch 30 second commercials between every level. And yes, I’m sure the purchase went through. I tried to complain to Game House directly, through their website, and the send button wouldn’t work. Maybe that’s because I’m on my iPad. I’ll have to try when I have access to my computer. But a company that sells iPad games should have website that functions properly in mobile devices! This is an old game and it’s ok but not as good as the newer ones, yet they’re still charging $9.99 for it. They also keep pushing a monthly subscription. Well, I’ve already paid for most of the games so the subscription has no value for me. I’m very unhappy with this purchase. I’ve been a good customer for years and don’t appreciate dealing with this hassle!Show lessohiohaze

The old vision I download was English and after I switched my phone I re-download all the games I have. And all the games automatically switched to Spanish. I tried few times and i give up. And I can’t find the button of changing language or anything. So turned out all the game I had is unable to play. It really upsets me since I can’t read any Spanish.Show less色色40

The game is great, but the lest restaurant should be the third one. It just doesn’t make sense the way it is. The last restaurant happens when Emily is in Spain.GabrielaLameirão
Love it but ...
Love all the delicious series of games and the hearts medicine. The games would be one of the best games I’ve played but the fact you have to pay to carry on playing after a couple levels puts me off. I’ve played all the hearts medicine games and some of the delicious and had to get the subscription to actually play them. I had to cancel the subscription as I can’t pay for it right now, so I can’t play the games now. Should make the games completely free.Show lessmake them free

I love this game. I bought it a while back and then downloaded it again and couldn’t find the restore button so bought it again hoping the ads would leave in between episodes. But no there are STILL ADS!! If I bought the game why should I still have to deal with ads?!Pinkie pie rainbow dash

I’ve been playing this series since it came out and honestly, I couldn’t think of a better cooking game. The storylines are awesome, and the graphics are so good! Awesome game
Love this game, love the story and everything is adorable, but when I click on the levels to watch the video, it tells me my internet connection is bad if I’m not connected to WiFi.gerhiel

I absolutely love this game but once I reached a couple levels in it stopped working it would tell me to connect to internet to play game, even tho I was connected I’ve tried in many places different times different WiFi’s and my data and it still won’t workdrash12
