Love it!!
I love this voice recorder! It’s the best I’ve found to use for in class recording since it doesn’t break each recording down to different files. It just stays and I’m about to resume my original recording which is fantastic. Also this app can speed up the recording which is THE BEST especially when professors are slow talkers. Highly recommend and already told all my friends about it.

Its better than other record apps you can record as long as you want.
Excellent Controls
I have only used Recorder for a short time but am very impressed. I have looked for quite some time for an app that offered controls that allowed reversing the audio easily to facilitate transcription. This app works very well for that. I can highly recommend it.
Works seamlessly
Great app because it’s quick both for my iPhone and Apple Watch. I mostly record on my watch and take less than 3 seconds to setup a new session.

Easy to use with Apple Watch
I was looking for this app having enjoyed the previous version, but they have changed the logo it was hard to find. But this now has a feature to record either for the watch or the iPhone. With the iPhone in my pocket it has a better position so I can discreetly use my watch to record from the phone. The ability to rewind is also very useful when trying to use this to playback conversations with learning a language.

Simplicity, perfection
I use with my Apple Watch to record quick ideas. The ability to immediately send to phone for back-up is great. But also to not need the phone is fantastic. I leave my phone outside my studio to reduce distractions and this app has largely replaced my “memo demo” workflow process. Also great for while out on a run, where a lot of ideas come. Very happy with this app.

A must have: complication immediately records.
I have strongly recommended this app to others on Reddit. Recorder is one of the only recording apps that immediately starts recording on a tap of the complication. This is such an absolutely fantastic feature that I cannot fathom why other developers have not attempted to provide it. Not only that, I have counted nine potential types of complication, providing incredible customisation, and is notable feat for a small developer - particularly since most large companies struggle to make any, even when they have a watch app. The only complications Recorder does not apparently seem to support, are several found in the Infograph watch face.
When it comes to the fact that no other developer has included such a seemingly obvious feature, to record on press, only one reason that springs to mind: they simply cannot work out how to do it, and do it well. So bravo to the skilled dev of Recorder, it is really something special, and is therefore a must have app.
One problem, however, prevents it from being 5 star, but I am hoping the devs can fix it easily: in the iPhone Watch app, it is not possible to set Recorder as a complication when editing faces. You can set it on the watch itself, but then the phone displays that position as 'Off'. As I said, hopefully the dev can correct this issue, so that I can update my review to 5 stars.

Needs one additional feature
Subsequent to my last review in which I said that this app was perfect I would like to suggest one improvement:
On the Apple Watch, as soon as you open the app it starts recording immediately.
I have the Voice Recorder as a complication on my watch and I am getting a lot of unintended recordings because every time the complication is touched accidentally (which is very easy to do) it starts recording immediately.
There should be an option under ‘Settings’ to allow recording immediately or ‘do not start recording until you press the record button inside the app’.
So, what I would like on the watch:

2. You then press this red Record button to start the recording.

Wow app
I never ever reviewed any app in my life. But this recording app is so amazing and great that my inner consciousness forced me to give its makers five stars and most positive reviews. It works best with Apple Watch. All other apps shutdown after few seconds when screen goes black on Apple Watch but This app continues to record seamlessly without a break. Go for it. My word, you will be happy with it. Thanks developers for great app.
