I have used this puzzle app for years and I do love it, however lately I can’t finish the puzzles as pieces are missing. Have searched but they don’t reappear, very frustrating. Please fix! Easy to use.Gigi j

As far as I'm concerned this app is a very superior app than others in the same category. A person using it can adapt it to their skill levels and, as in my case, their eyesight levels. I have recommended this app to friends and family and they all agree. Thankyou.Bugs857

Missing pieces is unacceptable
I can see I’m not the only one to complain about missing pieces in a puzzle. There is absolutely nothing more frustrating! I was able to retrieve on that had an edge exposed at the bottom of the frame. I’m guessing that the missing ones are underneath the play mat. I hope you fix this, else I’m deleting.Show lessSage52

Missing pieces
There were several times I was missing pieces to the puzzles. One was from a purchased puzzle I bought. Now I had a boy 3/4 of a puzzle dove, I tapped on the ad with my big finger, and when I closed the app the puzzle was gone. I only have the pieces that need to go in to the puzzle and can't use any of the options. Where is the puzzle!Show lessEmVibe
