Probably the worst bank app I’ve ever seen. The app used to show activity on my accounts like what I bought and from where, but no longer does truly garbage.Mvcg

This app is easy to use & navigate. You can view balances & transaction history, pay bills & make mobile deposits. The directions & guidelines are also clear. Overall great app 1NB! Thank you for your continued dedication to your customers!LJ390

Constant Problems
Have had to delete the app & reinstall multiple times on my iPhone. It constantly has error messages. It won’t save my password or fingerprint & I have to reenter it each time. So I’m not even allowed to use the fingerprint feature that I can use on my BOA account & others. I don’t have any problems with my other apps, so I know it is just there’s. Very disappointed & frustrating.Show lessBrookeNClark
Keeps closing
I open the app put in my password, it loads then closes before I can see my bank info! App won’t stay open!Hjt83
