Being banned from chat and swearing
Been banned from chat don’t know why . I don’t use bad language but I see plenty on there that do use bad language every day but I don’t see them being banned . I love playing the game but find it very hard when I have a win I get swore at I don’t like saying this but something has to be done … each time someone win bingo Gilberto ha ja use fowl language at them . It’s not now and again it’s every night and every time a someone gets a win now we have another one do the exact thing all night I’ve had this player calling me names on chat his name is ghassen waked 24 I get a message accused me of banning but people have to put up with those two swearing at players and nothing get done

Waste of time
I bought chips and won only once and it was the one line on 90 ball bingo afterwards i watched the same repeat of people win for over 30 games. Not fair
Disappointed
You barely win, then watch the same winners all day long. The cheer up bonus hasn’t changed in years like y’all aren’t even developing the app anymore or upgrading it anymore because even 5 years ago the cheer up bonus was only 500 so you can really only play 1 round. This game is outdated and needs a change ASAP! Y’all want us to keep playing but aren’t even putting the time or effort into the game to keep it going or satisfy your customers/users.

Very disappointed
I’ve been playing 2 weeks straight and didn’t win not once. Many bingos were being won but same ppl. This is so frustrating I play bingo to distress but this game gets me frustrated. Not worth my time.
A Dissatisfied player for so many years
I have been playing this game for years now and put a lot of purchase into this game hoping that I may play some more and win back some more to continue playing, how can one have a chance when the same person keeps winning!? I’ve played REAL live Bingo, and never does the same person win back to back to back‼️. It’s a shame to get poor rating because of poor plays… I mean bingo balls come out and the same person has most of the numbers on her cards! Give me a break‼️
