Very poor app
I am not sure why they can’t fix it. I tried it 3 years ago and it was bad and tried it again and it is worse !! Keep jamming and sending OTP and not accepting a simple task like changing address.

First place on worst apps
Worst app ever, cause why would it not let me edit anything in the app? So you will end up calling the customer service, it’s u s e l e s s. If they stick to a customer service number is gonna be way better than having an application that DOES NOT WORK. If I could give it 0 stars I would but it would not let me.
Please if you think to use this app just don’t, you will be furious at max cause it simply don’t work, don’t even bother and call customer service it’s worse, stick to fedex or aramex.

Cosumer service is the worst
Costumer service is useless and it is the worst ever. More than 3 months and they refused ti give me back my money becuse of thire mistake in my shipment!

Customer service is horrible. Slowed delivery times in the whole country. Would happily pay double price for quicker and BETTER service

Useless & poor
I can’t pay tax through this bad app, I can’t see my national address, I can’t follow my shipment nor see in what branch it is , I can’t make anything useful with this service.
