This app charges you $100 but doesn't open. And no info on how to get a refund. Developer please respond

2 years and same problem experienced even now please refund me if no longer in use otherwise resolve and update me once investigation complete on your side. Agg!

No update for iOS 11
I love this app! But please make it available for iOS 11. That’s one of the main reasons I look at my phone is to check this app. I can’t use it until it’s updated to the newest iOS update. Please and thank you!
